At Preservation Dallas, we believe that building strong, vibrant neighborhoods is the only lasting way to protect our architectural heritage. We offer a variety of services to help neighborhoods preserve their own unique character.

We offer assistance in organizing neighborhood associations including our comprehensive Neighborhood Handbook available free of charge to Dallas neighborhood associations as well as the use of a desktop publishing center.

We offer assistance for neighborhoods considering Historic or Conservation District status. Our knowledgeable staff can help you decide which historic designation is appropriate for your neighborhood and help get the process started. Plus we bring representatives of Conservation and Historic District neighborhoods together in our Neighborhood Network to meet with those interested in seeking these designations.

Through our Intown Living Center, we can help you market your neighborhood to prospective homebuyers. Located at Preservation Dallas 2922 Swiss Avenue, the Intown Living Center offers information on more than 160 intown neighborhood, including notebooks containing maps, reports on the neighborhood schools, association newsletters and any other information you would like to present on your neighborhood.
