Hone the skills your learned in the Preservation Dallas Historic House Specialist Seminar by taking our one-day Advanced Historic House Specialist Class. This class is available exclusively to REALTOR® graduates of our HHS course.

In this class, just some of the subjects you will learn about are: Materials and Methods of Pre-WWII Housing in Dallas; Materials and Methods of Post-WWII Housing in Dallas, Legal Issues and Application Procedures for Dallas Historic and Conservation Districts; and Advanced Researching a Historic Building (on site at the Dallas Public Library – bring the address of a building you would like to research and get hands-on assistance from Library Archivists).

Don’t miss this great opportunity to get the vocabulary and research tools necessary to successfully market houses in Dallas’ older and historic neighborhoods.

Class size is limited to 25, so enroll today!

Registration is just $85 for the workshop or $105 for the workshop + MCE credits, and includes lunch in the Historic Wilson House. To register, contact the MetroTex Education Department at 214-540-2751.
